Sessions are timed and end on time. More than 10 minutes late and the slot is forfeited. I know where to go: 1499 Poinsettia Ave, the first building on the left when you pull into the business park, not the back of the plaza. Full refund 72+ hours before. Free reschedule up to 48 hours before. Inside 72 hours: no refund, but you can pass your spot to another family.
