PLEASE CONFIRM

I'm booking a timed session. Arriving late shortens my session, and after 10 minutes late the slot is forfeited.I know where to go: 1499 Poinsettia Ave, Vista. The first building on the left when you pull into the business park, not the back of the plaza.I've read the policy: full refund 72+ hours before; free reschedule up to 48 hours before; inside 72 hours no refund, but I can pass my spot to another family.
